What we keep.
We keep the name, the phone, the words you sent, and the page you sent them from. We keep them to answer you, to read the file if you asked for that, and to do the month if we agree to do it. We do not sell the note and we do not hand it to a list.
The phone number in the footer is the same practice. A call is kept the way a note is kept, as a record of what you asked. If you want a note corrected or removed, say which page it was on and what should change. We will do what the law allows, and we will tell you if something has to stay.
Pages on this site carry a noindex mark because they are a working draft of the practice, not a public directory. That mark does not change what we do with a note you chose to send. A user invite into your QuickBooks company is access for the work, and it is removed when the work ends.
